Cairn Cross Complete Tim Horton’s Restaurants

Cairn Cross has completed a series of renovations on behalf of Thompsons for the launch of new Tim Horton’s restaurant outlets. The project was to convert unutilised old restaurants into new drive-thru facilities.

Work began in August, with the last location by Cairn Cross finishing in September. Cairn Cross handed over the new drive-thru stores in Birstall, Ipswich and Braintree to the interior decorators to complete the buildings ready for opening.

The core works included the installation of a new drive-through access road, including reinforced concrete aprons, landscaping, and tarmacadam. In addition, Cairn Cross installed new drainage and diverted existing surface water and foul sewage drains to accommodate the new site layouts.

Paul, Site Manager for Cairn Cross, said, ‘It was great to be part of this project. The new branches will be a welcome addition to the local communities.
