The Challenge
A new security building and car park facility were required at the entrance to the existing maintenance depot.
The Solution
A new state-of-the-art zero-carbon security building fitted with CCTV and vehicle recognition software was constructed at the Manchester Traincare Centre.
Road works included: drainage, road gullies, stormwater maintenance holes and connection to the existing system underneath a new asphalt car park complete with lighting, road paintwork, kerbing and a security barrier.
The Result
This complete design and build project offers full protection and facilities for the depot entrance equipt with lighting, security fencing and footpaths.
